Apple founder’s friend recalls: Steve Jobs glad he had kids
I asked him if he was glad that he had kids, and he said, “It’s 10,000 times better than anything I’ve ever done.”
~ Dean Omish, physician and friend to late Apple founder Steve Jobs, recalling a conversation they had, as quoted in The Independent, October 8

good for him for saying so. material things dont mean a thing if you have nobody to share your life with. may he rip.
exactly. May he rest in peace, and his family be comforted during this difficult time.
Jobs had a child out of wedlock when he was young. It took him years to acknowledge her. And don’t forget all the money that Jobs made from the work of Chinese children. The man was a genius, but he was no saint.
When one nears the end of one’s life, certain things become clearer and priorities tend to get shifted to what’s really important – the people in our lives.
I guess it would have been better in CC’s eyes had Steve wished all his children had been aborted. Now that would have surely made him heroic – a true paragon if choice. I mean, it’s better to talk a woman into abortion than be a deadbeat dad, right, CC?
yeah agreeing with kel here. why dont you ask his kid if hes happy to be alive! lots of kids have deadbeat dads. it doesnt mean they would rather be dead.
a%d he made money off the chinese children…..what does one say about china? they have their priorities more screwed up then we do. look at their abortion and infaticicide rate. how many babies have they killed?
and cc how do you feel about men who pressure women into abortions? i call them cowards. i would never let a man talk me into an abortion. real men dont believe in abortion. cowards do. a real man would do whatever it takes to see his wife or girlfriend through a pregnancy. and we dont know if jobs tried to talk the woman into aborting. the point is,she didnt. and you added jobs was no saint. are any of us?
