Three more videotapes released of Virginia Planned Parenthood sex trafficking enablers
Live Action’s press statement:
Following yesterday’s shocking revelation of video from a Richmond, VA, Planned Parenthood investigation, Live Action today released undercover footage from three more Virginia Planned Parenthood clinics – in Falls Church, Charlottesville, and Roanoke – which clearly show staff willing to aid and abet the sexual trafficking and exploitation of minors and young women. Following the release of video earlier this week from clinics in New Jersey and Richmond, this latest footage provides more evidence of a clear, disturbing pattern of gross misconduct by PP….
“It is utterly disgusting that Planned Parenthood’s response to this is that their employee reacted ‘professionally,’” said Live Action President Lila Rose. “The only acceptable response to encountering a self-identified sex-trafficker of underage girls is zero tolerance. The only ‘professional’ response is to immediately call law enforcement to the scene and push for an arrest.
Our investigation – and their response – continues to show that an institutional crisis has engulfed the highest levels of PP. If you’re a sex-trafficker of minors or young women, you have a partner in PP. But if you are a minor or a young woman, you are not safe at PP clinics,” Rose continued.

What you will see:
Falls Church – Abortions for underage girls from other countries only require a photo ID.
PP staffer: “We don’t necessarily look at the legal status, like I said. Abortion appointments do require photo ID. It’s nothing as far as records. It’s just photo ID that’s ever going to be required.”
Roanoke – Birth control and STD testing for underage prostitutes is no problem
PP staffer: “From the age of 12 up, for birth control, you can just come in and do that. You don’t have to have a parent, OK?”
PP staffer discussing STD testing: “And the thing is, see this is the thing a lot of people don’t know that. . .Right, through the Health Department. And so, they’ll uh, they’ll track it. And they’re discreet. They’re confidential. They, you know, don’t tell people what’s going on, because – frankly – it’s nobody’s business.”
Charlottesville – Birth control and testing for STDs and pregnancy for underage girls with no questions asked.
PP staffer: “Anybody here can help you. Everything here is confidential. We can’t give any information out.”

Oh my.
Whatever shall PP say now?
Just like ACORN, PP’s ‘isolated incident’ damage control spin ends up leaving them nowhere to run. I guess when you kill babies for a living, you might not blink too much at other immoral acts either.
Despite all this scandal, we must not lose sight of the fact that the number one evil thing Planned Parenthood does is kill over 300,000 human beings each and every year.
That is the true horror.
I’ll have to watch the videos and decide for myself. At first glance, it seems more like treatment for girls who have been forced into sexual slavery- it’s horrific in so many ways, but, as I said, at first glance it looks like they are treating them for STDs and giving them birth control, which isn’t a bad thing, since these girls are exposed to all manner of diseases.
Anyway, I’ll see the video for myself and decide if trafficking was going on through Planned Parenthood. If so, I will be just as disgusted as everyone else.
Vannah,
Yes, they would be treated, but the clinic is fully co-operative and giving the ring leader advice on how to get around the law to further hide their crimes. They’re supposed to notify the authorities immediately to arrest these criminals.
What would be better for these young girls? To test them for STDs and give them birth control or to arrest their oppressors and set them free!?
@ Vannah~ I believe the point is that PP is aware of the “forced sexual slavery,” which means they are required to report it immediately. Not only do they not report it immediately (they could have the police immediately come and request an arrest), but this is a pattern of PP workers non-chalantly providing info to assist the pimp!! Why is this a pattern?? Why is this not isolated or not occurring at all?? Your last statement makes it sound like only if the trafficking was happening through PP would they then be guilty. That is not what the law says.
@Vannah, I think you’ll be interested in reading what Dottie Laster (activist & expert in Human Trafficking issues) had to say in this article after she viewed the PP videos.
Joe, you’re absolutely right. These tapes, I believe, serve to move people who were ignorant about just how far abortionists are willing to go to protect their sacrosant “choicing” of millions of defenseless human beings. Even those who would never do anything (sidewalk counsel, volunteer at PRC’s, and the like) to stop abortion can view these and say, “I’m not paying for this.”
Some of the most effective cancer therapies involve starving the tumor of its blood supply. The blood supply to PP is tax payer money. If they truly have so many Americans in support of what they do, let private donations alone fund the slaughter.
Andrew Ensley,
AMEN!!
they are required to report things instantly if a minor is involved. It is up the authorities to sort things out. That is why they are supposed to report things right away.
Here in Central Illinois a local elementary school hesitated to report suspicions about a teacher – and in their delay, several more girls were molested. Horrific indeed. That is why teachers, social workers and medical personnel are supposed to report suspected cases of abuse immediately. It’s supposed to be all about the children and their safety.
Apparently not with Planned Parenthood.
As an adult woman, I made an informed decision to get off the Pill because the hormones and all that were NOT beneficial and in fact exacerbated a chronic medical condition that I have. WHY, Vannah, should young women NOT have the same opportunity? Maybe IUD’s (personal abortion devices) or shots of hormones or pills are NOT what a young girl needs. Maybe help with housing, tuition, and EDUCATION is what a young girl needs. Maybe she’d rather be in school learning a marketable skill rather than be ENSLAVED and treated like a thing, not a person. Maybe she’d rather play volleyball than satisfy some older creep. !!!! What does it take, people??
I’m just going to post what I wrote on my blog about this because I really can’t think of anything more significant for me to say than this:
The striking issue in these videos is not, as in the Perth Amboy video, the complete lack of scruples over offering advice so much as it is the lack of regard for who it is they are talking about; that is to say, underage sex workers! In this political atmosphere, concerns over the terminology used in HR#3 referring to “forcible rape” must be addressed in a timely fashion. One has to wonder where is the concern over Planned Parenthood’s willingness to aid in the operations of a man who purports to profit from young girls being raped daily. Perhaps the rhetoric has so completely engulfed employees that they have forgotten that statutory rape is still rape, but recent events in politics make it clear that the rest of the U.S. has not.
Let’s also not forget that minors are called minors for a reason. Primarily because they are not yet capable of making completely informed decisions that are entirely in their best interest. (Research has shown that impulsivity in decision making continues until around the age of 20 actually). Minors need adults to help them navigate decisions that are best for them. Minors need adults who will protect them. Minors do not need people taking advantage of them for profit, aiding their abusers and circumventing a parent’s right to parent and protect said minor. PP claims to be all about promoting good health care for women. Well, these are children. Not women. Children. Where is the outrage from PP about this grave abuse of children?? There is none, because these aren’t children or women or even people. These are profits.
Our old buddy Kushiels Moon is busily defending her god PP by asking ‘what would you do if you were in the same position as the PP manager who lied?’ Kushie’s answer-lie some more. What a great example of a ‘prochoice christian,’ eh?
http://abortiongang.org/2011/02/sex-trafficking-and-clinic-responsibility-what-would-you-do/
Prochoice, keepin it classy by lying some more. What part of ‘caught on tape’ do they not understand? Pretty obvious they would look the other way if it were their own daughters being pimped out, so long as their precious ‘choice’ is protected. Hope their ‘autonomy’ is keeping them nice and warm at night-at the end of the day. that’s all they’ve got left.
Hmm. It’s interesting that in 2 of the new videos, the PP worker leaves to get additional information. That would have been the perfect opportunity to call local law enforcement. That would have accomplished 3 things for them:
1- If they thought they were being punked, they could have immediately turned the tables by letting authorities know they have a self-reported pimp of minors onsite.
2- If they believed the actor’s story, they would have given the girls the best chance for IMMEDIATE assistance.
3- If they weren’t certain, they would have erred on the side of caution and let law enforcement determine if a crime were being committed.
Oh well, on the bright side, at least it was refreshing to hear from PP’s own mouth that they don’t provide free services. Doesn’t sound like they need our tax dollars any longer!
Jill!! Thanks for posting the link to Abortion Gang’s post. Wow, what a crock of bull-oney!!! Comparing it to a bank robbery, that PP has to act complicit so the employee doesn’t “loser her life”??!!! Are they kidding me??!! Are teenage rape victims packing heat these days??!!
This last 4 weeks has ripped the veil off the entire abortion industry (if anyone in the mainstream cares to notice). They are boldfaced in their defense of each other, boldfaced in their denial of Gosnell’s crimes, boldfaced in their inability to consider teenagers to be humans. How many trafficked girls were dropped off in the parking lot by their pimps, who simply sat in the car and waited for them?? Yes, LiveAction pretended the pimp went inside to ask about ‘services.’ But what about the real victims?? The illegal business exists and the real victims are getting their so called healthcare somewhere, I think I can guess where.
Ninek-yep-their desperation speaks for itself. Sucks to be prochoice right now, even more than it usually does. Police conduct stings all the time to catch criminals, don’t see any feminist rage over that, except when they’re voting for more lenience for criminals. Funny how different it is when their heroes have egg on their faces, AGAIN.
I love it when you link to the pro-choicers without a clue. It’s fun to rattle their comment section a little :-)
Jill- I was thinking that same thing! PP was quoted as calling these stings as “dirty tricks!” What do people think undercover cops, CIA, FBI etc do? They go undercover to expose possible trafficking all the time. Is it a dirty trick? What a bazaar thing to call it. It’s like catching a kid with their hand in the cookie jar and the child blames the parent for their own transgression.
Anybody remember their version of a sting, aka ’12th and Delaware?’ remember all the baseless gloating? and now they’re crying foul and tweeting that PP prevents 800,00 abortions a year? wouldn’t that be taking credit for the ‘indivdual ‘choices’ of women? they can’t even keep their own lies straight, let alone manage the gargantuan lies of PP. It’s comedy gold.
Hmm. It’s interesting that in 2 of the new videos, the PP worker leaves to get additional information. That would have been the perfect opportunity to call local law enforcement.
I had that same thought while watching the videos.
I’m so sick of the lame whine about heavily edited videos.
Live Action has released full videos, it took me less than a minute to find them when I searched.
Defending PP is looking more and more ridiculous.
“They did all they could”
Then why fire a clinic manager?
“They help so much with other services”
That makes sending underage prostitutes back to their pimps for more forced rape ok?
“The videos are heavily edited”
Have you watched the full editions that have been released, easily accesses by anyone?
“Yeah, but these are anti-abortion people looking to take down PP”
So? The tapes speak for themselves. Is your loyalty to PP more important than shedding light on sex slavery and working to end it?
It’s like all of the sudden institutional cover up of the abuse of minors couldn’t be a problem. Why not? It sure did when men in priest collars were involved. Guess victims of other people don’t matter so much.
Actually, Kushie’s plan is essentially what I would do.
The BEST way to ensure those trafficked girls are found? Lie. Tell the person that you can provide the girls with healthcare services, that you wont tell anyone, that its all perfectly legal. And then after the meeting, go tell your superiors and the law enforcement. When the person comes again with the women (s)he is trafficking, law enforcement can be there to arrest the person. The girls can be provided with healthcare (which they will need), counseling, a place to stay, etc. Dare I sound too forward- they can be rescued.
If people do this, then you’re giving the bad guys enough rope to hang themselves. Because as soon as they show back up, thinking that you’re all on board with their evil scheme, it’s new bracelets for the abusers and medical treatment for the victims.
The PP employees, apparently, didn’t tell any law enforcement until they thought that there might soon be another LiveAction video release in the offing. And from the AP report I read, they were asking the FBI to look into locking up LiveAction people for the undercover videos, not asking them to investigate a possible sex ring. So while I don’t think Kushiel’s plan is a bad one (in fact, I think it’s quite a good one) it’s not like PP was following it.
Alice,
Regardless of what anyone thinks the smart thing to do would have been, the law is very clear on what is required to do in that situation. Report it. Immediately. And certainly do not cooperate with the criminals and give them information on how to get around the laws!
If “playing along” is really such a great plan, and that indeed was what the worker was doing, why on earth would Planned Parenthood fire her? Why would the VP of Communications call her actions a “total breakdown in judgement” on national TV?
Alice, I agree. As I mentioned before. It would have been interesting to see what would have happened if Live Action would have come back. Would they have accepted the girls or would they have been arrested?
Oh, and… apparently, they don’t really believe in choice at abortiongang. 3 of my comments have been deleted when all I did was make reasonable arguments such as my last comment here. Apparently, to abortiongang.org, people aren’t smart enough to choose for themselves who is telling the truth.
Chantal,
What if the sex ring was real, and they didn’t come back? What’s the point in risking that when you have the admitted sex ring leader in your office? That’s why the law requires reporting any suspicious activity – especially involving minors – immediately.
OH!…I wish they would get the one near me in Fairfax, VA! that would be awesome!
Regardless of what anyone thinks the smart thing to do would have been, the law is very clear on what is required to do in that situation. Report it. Immediately. And certainly do not cooperate with the criminals and give them information on how to get around the laws!
I agree on your last sentence. A much better course of action would be to ask for as much information as possible. Get the pimp to fill out a form that lists an address, if you can. Get his face on tape, or at least get three or more people from the office to get a good look at him to describe him to the police. If he came in a car, get the license tag. Ask to see a photo ID and then sneak out to make a photocopy. Information, information, information.
But while the law might say you are supposed to throw these folks out of your office right away and call the cops, I just don’t believe that that is the course of action most likely to result in getting any help to the girls these sort of people are holding. They’ll just go somewhere else, where they might get help in covering up their crimes. As these videos and the response of those who are defending PP demonstrate, it’s not like they’d have to look very hard to find help.
If “playing along” is really such a great plan, and that indeed was what the worker was doing, why on earth would Planned Parenthood fire her? Why would the VP of Communications call her actions a “total breakdown in judgement” on national TV?
I don’t think she was playing along so that she could report them. I don’t buy PP’s story for a second. She was helping to cover up what she thought was a sex ring and she had no intention of telling anyone what went on in that office. Thank goodness that it was LiveAction actors she was talking to. And who knows how many girls have gone in and out of that PP already without one person lifting a finger to help them? How many more are going to, even after she’s gone? It took ten or twelve visits to different PP offices before LiveAction finally unearthed an office manager who bothered to actually tell somebody. So, no. I don’t believe that’s what they were doing at all. If they had been, it shouldn’t have taken more than three of these visits (if that) before Lila had police beating down her door.
That PP child molesting enabler could have made any excuse to leave the room and call authorities. But she didn’t because that’s not how PP rolls.
A few excuses that she could have used to leave the room:
I’m going to get the addresses for you where they provide abortions at all stages on all ages.
I’m going to get you and your slave children some free condoms.
I’m going to get the Pimps-R-Us handbook.
I’m going to get my STD identification chart.
I’m going to get a copy of my IQ results and my preschool graduation certificate.
I’m going to get you a free abortion gift card to give to your top saleschild.
PP thinks they are above the law. We need to prove them wrong.
Alice,
I wasn’t suggesting kicking the criminals out. The law requires reporting it immediately; nothing more, nothing less. Here’s a perfectly reasonable scenario:
1) Criminal admits he is a criminal.
2) Find any excuse or reason to leave the room for just a second to tell another worker to call the police.
3) Go along with the criminal as long as possible trying to obtain as much information from him as possible.
Why didn’t any employees do anything like this at five different clinics in 3 days? Reporting it after the guy is gone is the bare minimum they should have done. If they really cared about the poor girls, they would have done a lot more.
Alice 4:06PM
A great post. Amy’s “playing along” would have been believable had she immediately notified law enforcement.
Its like a hit/run accident. You may not be guilty…until you leave the scene and do not report. Now a crime has been commited.
To think a few quick phone calls to law enforcement and there would have been no issue.
Hi Andrew 4PM,
But didn’t you hear? PP employees reported to their superiors, they contacted the local prosecutors and wrote a letter to a state attorney general. They even contacted the FBI! Isn’t this what you do when you suspect a crime is taking place?
One would think simply picking up the phone and calling police would have been a lot less time consuming and far more efficient.
@Mary,
In your last comment, I can’t tell if you’re being sarcastic or not. …I think you are.
Hi Andrew,
My apologies. I am indeed being sarcastic. That male PP spokesman on CNN stated how PP notified these people and agencies as ”proof” that PP took action.
Most of us citizens don’t write letters to prosecutors or call the FBI, we simply call the local police dept. which is all PP had to do to avoid being in the situation it is now in.
Alice, those of us who are trained in how to identify and report suspected abuse have legal guidelines that not only must we be taught, but we have to sign a paper declaring that we have been taught, and that we agree to adhere to the legal guidelines. If someone at my facility was abused and I did NOT follow the legal guidelines but INSTEAD followed AbortionGang’s plan, I would find myself in the Big House, right next to the abuser, or at the very least fined, reprimanded, and fired.
A much better course of action would be to ask for as much information as possible….
Nope. Andrew @ 4:21 lays it out. Getting more information might make the pimp uncomfortable and prompt him to leave. The goal is to keep him onsite UNSUSPECTING until law enforcement gets there. THEY are the interrogators, not clinic staff. There are a number of delay tactics you can use, but I’m not going to post them here.
Problem is, having the cops show up isn’t the type of message PP wants to send. After all, they market themselves as “confidential.” Did you hear any of the PP employees explain the limits of confidentiality when the actor FIRST asked if the interview was confidential? I’ll have to listen again, but I don’t recall that any of them did.
I noticed something else. NONE of the PP staff who privately counseled the actor appeared to be wearing name tags. At least in the last 3 videos. If staff cannot be identified except by description, or clients have to rely on recollection of the staffer first introducing herself, it gives a lot of wiggle room on accountability, doesn’t it? In the Charlottesville video, the PP staffer even refuses to write down her name. If safety is an issue, they can have tags with bogus names or identifiers. To have no tags is to significantly lessen staff accountability.
we have to sign a paper declaring that we have been taught, and that we agree to adhere to the legal guidelines.
Same where I work, ninek. And every year there is mandatory staff education that addresses the guidelines. And it isn’t just for staff who interact directly with patients. If you do maintenance work, mop floors, or sit behind a computer in an office all day, you are still trained on the course of action you should take if you see/hear something related to POSSIBLE abuse of a minor.
Alice: she says the exact opposite here https://twitter.com/KushielsMoon/status/32628240673677312
Andrew: Abortion Gang ‘welcomes dialogue’ but ‘doesn’t allow dissenting opinion.’ That’s liberal free speech in action.
Jill, that sounds about right. I’ve actually been banned from the website entirely now (I’m assuming by IP address). I have done nothing except post the initial 3 comments that were deleted before they were published. Great example of the pro-choice attitude.
Not surprised, Andrew. Typical feminazis-attack the people, not the arguments. Very ’empowered’, aren’t they? giggle.
Jill, follow up to your comment at 5:34pm, http://twitter.com/Justsnapd8/statuses/32628548887912450 I said the same thing. Leave the room, ask someone to call the police. The cops could have followed the pimp back to his harem, or in this case, discovered it was a sting. PP would have come up smelling like roses either way.
Andrew – It’s rare that I comment on a pro-abort blog, for just that reason. They don’t want our opinion, they don’t want real debate.
@Jill 5:43 PM: What? KushielsMoon is inconsistent?!? I am crushed! ;)
These videos are not as condemning as the first one. I am glad they are out as it forces everyone, from health services, to police, to politicians, to talk about it and to determine the right way to approach it to help as many girls as possible. Calling the police immediately would not necessary help these girls. Waiting and organizing a plan with the police may help.
Regarding PP saying they handled it correctly, is BS. One of the workers mentioned it to another and then they mentioned it up to head office, and then sent a fax to all PPs and then write a letter, ect IS not the proper way to do it.
Many corporations have secret shoppers, that is all Lila did, expose the junk that existed.
Andrew,
Don’t take it personal. I’ve been banned from proabort sites as well.
They can’t handle the truth.
Alice: I know, I was shocked too. Wink.
The pro-abort sites can never stand the truth.
Yeah, it’s not the first pro-abort site I’ve been banned from. That is the fastest it’s ever happened though. I usually get at least one comment published first :-p

Chantal,
Why not call the police on the pimp who enslaved minors to sell them for sex? Call the police on him and stall him till they got there. Dr Nadal said it best on the other thread. ‘Professional predators giving Professional courtesy to Professional predators.’
An excerpt from Dotties Laster’s article to which klynn73 February 4, 2011 at 12:31 pm posted a link.
…”I think you’ll be interested in reading what Dottie Laster (activist & expert in Human Trafficking issues) had to say in this article after she viewed the PP videos.”
==========================================================
“All children in commercial sex are victims of trafficking according to the Trafficking Victims Protection Act and anyone who attempted or intended to participate/facilitate human trafficking activities could face prosecution under the TVPA-whether they completed the crime or not.”
“The TVPA also has a clause that states any government contractor whose employees or sub- contractors or their dependents engage in human trafficking activities may lose all government funding. So I urge all organizations to address their policies and procedures immediately. The first effective action that any group can do is to recognize that ANY MINOR IN COMMERCIAL SEX IS A VICTIM OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING and that anyone putting a minor in stripping, pornography or prostitution is a trafficker- and should be treated as a criminal.”
===========================================================
Does that make all the PP apologists [not yet] indicted co-conspirators or just fellow pimps and prostitutes?
February 4, 2011 at 6:11 pm
Jill, that sounds about right. I’ve actually been banned from the website entirely now (I’m assuming by IP address). I have done nothing except post the initial 3 comments that were deleted before they were published. Great example of the pro-choice attitude.
On the NARAL blog someone posted that we pro-lifers don’t know “the truth about what choice means” so I posted a comment saying “So what is the truth about what choice means? Enlighten us.” my comment got deleted the 3 times I posted it. When I emailed NARAL to find out why my comment kept getting deleted, but email was returned to me undeliverable.
They really hate it when pro-lifers post anything contrary to what they post on their blogs, but feel totally entitled to say how horrible/wrong they think we are even if we’re polite.
