How dare Jill Stanek feature Greg Gutfeld’s latest Planned Parenthood joke!
I guess when you’ve got nothing to say, the old slut shaming is the best you can do….
I guess in Greg’s book, not all women are created equal, especially those who value their bodily autonomy.
And btw, Gutfeld was given pride of place, for the last remark, on the blog run by anti-choice crazy Jill Stanek.
~ Priscilla, criticizing Fox News commentator Greg Gutfeld for mocking the Planned Parenthood clinic located in a Los Angeles high school, Newshounds, June 14

I knew someone would feign outrage over this.
Throw a rock into a pack of dogs and the hit one always howls loudest.
‘BDA’ [bomb damage assessment], metaphorically speaking, of course:
Juding from the feigned hysteria of the artificial flowers, Greg Gutfeld scored a direct hit in the feminista hot house with little of no collateral damage to real women.
Just what was that ’last remark’ that amped up their apoplexy?
“Conversely, if you never see a female classmate there, you can assume she’s no fun at all, or worse, God forbid, a virgin. Don’t ask *her* to the prom.”
“I guess when you’ve got nothing to say, the old slut shaming is the best you can do.”
[Cilla is puling the ‘shaming wand’ illusion out of her worn hand bag of tricks.]
“I guess in Greg’s book, not all women are created equal, especially those who value their bodily autonomy.”
[Unlike feministas and feminazias, real women recognize we are all ‘created equal’. Women who ‘value’ their virtue make prudent decisions and a wise woman is not likely to dis-regard the equality of her pre-natal child.]
Gee, Greg’s joke isn’t even the “worst” PP slam to be featured here! Guess she doesn’t read this blog everyday! And here we go again with bodily autonomy…what the devil is that? I’m starting to think it means “has had a large number of sexual partners”.
Slow day on Newshounds. Actually, glancing at the current “stories” over there, looks like its a slow year at Newshounds. Oh well, there’s always Catholic bashing to fall back on when Steve Doocy doesn’t produce enough “outrage”!
“anti-choice crazy Jill Stanek”
What an honor! :)
And considering, during the discussion, Gutfeld went on to personally contradict every single part of his opener connected to the line at PP, I think it’s fairly obvious no actual slut-shaming was going on. It still would’ve been a better segment without the lame jokes that he didn’t even mean, but I think JDC has called it: fake outrage. This writer just wants something to whine about.
I had to read that twice. At first I thought I was being called an old slut.
LOL!

“Conversely, if you never see a female classmate there, you can assume she’s no fun at all, or worse, God forbid, a virgin. Don’t ask *her* to the prom.”
I recall my public high school health class my freshman year. We had a speaker who came in who presented the abstinence message. But before he did so, he asked the room full of mostly boys if they wanted to marry virgins. The overwhelming number responded “yes.” (20ish years ago.)
I’m absolutely positive you wouldn’t get the same result today, and this is thanks in part to the promotion of virginity as “unrealistic” by groups like Planned Parenthood.
So, I guess “virgin shaming” is acceptable, but “slut shaming” isn’t?
on the blog run by anti-choice crazy Jill Stanek.
You ain’t seen crazy yet.
She’s probably one of those people who thinks crazy= disagrees with her point of view.
I love Greg and I love Jill. The Five is an awesome show if you get the chance to watch it.
I’d like to know from Ms. Priscilla, exactly what in Greg’s commentary was untrue?
Jill, I never thought of you as “anti-choice crazy.” On several occasions I’ve thought of you as “pro-life crazy.” Crazy in a very good sort of way!
We’re Anti-choice Rascals!!!
“anti-choice crazy”…LOL! What exactly does she think crazy means? I don’t see Jill doing any shouting, screaming, crazy ranting, being irrational, illogical.
Who does THAT? Oh…wait….
;)
Courtnay,
Or, “Wascally Weproducers”, as Elmer Fudd would say! :)
“I guess in Greg’s book, not all women are created equal, especially those who value their bodily autonomy.”
In my high school, girls who truly valued their bodily autonomy didn’t get pregnant.
Hmm … I didn’t hear anyone call anyone a slut. Simply saying that gals who take action to be ready for sex are indeed having sex is not a value judgment, it’s just true. If doing that makes someone a slut … you said it, Priscilla, by using the term slut-shaming, not anyone else.

I think you and I are about the same age. Crucial question: did he also ask the boys if they wanted to BE virgins leading up to their wedding day? One thing I agree with people like Priscilla on is that girls more often than boys are told to remain virgins, while the assumption is that boys will “go play” before “settling down.”
OK, so do we start calling the other side, “anti-baby butchers?” Is that really how they want to play this?
