- Life Training Institute’s Scott Klusendorf asks and answers 5 questions that all Christians should consider before going to the polls today.
- Mommy Life shares an inspiring “get out the vote” video:
- Catholic Vote’s John Mallon eloquently and thoroughly reasons why abortion is the most important issue of our day. A must-read.
- Judie Brown reports the not-so-surprising plummet in contributions to the University of Notre Dame since school leadership “exhibited a fundamental flaw in judgment” by inviting President Obama to deliver the commencement address and receive an honorary degree.
- Real Choice posts the script from a yanked YouTube video of the 9-week-old “product of conception” from a woman’s chemical abortion. Instead of passing “clumps of blood” she was told to expect, she passed a fully formed baby and posted photos, asking women thinking of aborting to reconsider. Apparently, pro-abortion YouTube thinks a fully formed, intact aborted child is “disgusting content.”
- Culture Campaign notes 2 points of interest on the abortion front in WA: the state health department says abortion and teen pregnancy rates have dropped, and at the same time an audit of Planned Parenthood found them overbilling Medicaid for abortions and contraception by huge sums. One has to wonder if these are linked – when business is down in one area, does PP have to compensate by bilking the system?
- Coming Home hosts the heartwarming video of a teen with Down Syndrome scoring a touchdown in the final 10 seconds of a September football game with the help of his teammates:

Hi, as many of you know, I’m a regular commenter here and although this is off-topic, I hope the moderators will leave this up. This is just to let everyone know I’ve started a volunteer project called “Helping Hands for the Homeless” Our mission is to create and distribute basic care bags, containing hygiene and seasonal care items as well as basic nutrition, to the indigent homeless of Greater Indiana. The basic care bags we distribute contain travel/sample-size hygiene items, seasonal care items (i.e. sunscreen, hats, gloves, and socks), simple non-perishable food items, as well as a small card with the phone numbers and addresses (including bus route information) for local charities and social service organizations. Please visit my Facebook group to learn more about this project and how you can help support this.
Rachel,
God love you and bless you! This is such a vital service you are performing. All the best, and I hope a resurgent economy puts you out of business sooner rather than later.
God Bless
